•  Your bank/card issuer may apply exchange rates and conversion fees; you pay these fees.
•  We do not store your personal photos from Virtual Try-On. We encrypt uploaded clothing items and use metadata (not the image itself) to personalize suggestions and outfit generation.
•  We use background removal services only to remove the background from your clothing images; images are not used for other purposes.

2.  Acceptance and Eligibility
   •  By creating an account and using Stylz, you confirm that you can form a legally binding contract and will comply with all applicable laws.
   •  You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
   •  If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing, you may use Stylz only with verified parental/guardian consent.
      
3.  Account Security
   •  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
   •  Do not share your login credentials with any unauthorized person. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly.
   •  If you register using a mobile number without an email address, important updates may be shared on this page and, where appropriate, via SMS, in-app notices, or other available means.
      
4. License and App Use
   •  We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stylz for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
   •  You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the app or any part of it.
      
5.  Your Content and Ownership
   •  You own the photos and media you upload (“User Content”).
   •  You grant Stylz a limited license to process your User Content only to provide, operate, secure, and improve the service (for example: background removal, clothing analysis, metadata extraction, outfit generation, and personalization).
   •  We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
      
6. No unauthorized sharing or download
    Stylz does not permit downloading/sharing/displaying your uploaded images outside the app unless:
   •  You explicitly choose to share (a share button)
   •  You download your own uploaded images or generated outfits as allowed by your subscription tier. Downloading can be image-by-image or in bulk based on your plan. Once downloaded, protecting those files and your account is your responsibility.
      
7.  Prohibited Activities
   •  Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
   •  Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
   •  Infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
   •  Attempt to access, probe, or tamper with our systems or security.
   •  Use automated scraping or reverse engineering.
   •  Upload malware, spam, or content that disrupts the service.
     
      
8.  Community Features: Feed, Comments, Sharing, Voting
   Stylz may introduce community features such as a feed, comments, sharing, and voting. If enabled:
   •  You are responsible for what you post and must respect others’ rights and safety.
   •  We may moderate, remove, restrict, or limit content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community guidelines.
   •  We may suspend or block accounts that repeatedly violate rules or receive credible reports of abuse.
      
9.  Subscriptions, Coins, Pricing, Currency & Taxes
   
   
   1. Plans
      •  Plan 1: Free (no subscription required).
      •  Plan 2: Pro.
      •  Plan 3: Black.
      •  Plan 4: Platinum.
         
   2. Billing, Renewals, and Non-Refundability
      •  Subscriptions may be offered on monthly and/or annual billing periods depending on plan and availability.
      •  Subscriptions and coin purchases are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused benefits, except to correct an inadvertent duplicate charge or billing error by Stylz (we have controls designed to prevent duplicate charges), or where required by applicable law or platform policy (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play).
      •  Stylz may change subscription prices after the end of the current billing cycle. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.
         
   3. Currency & conversion
      •  For Saudi Arabia, pricing will be displayed in SAR and VAT will be applicable as per Saudi law.
      •  If your selected country is not Saudi Arabia, and your local currency is not supported, pricing and VAT rate will apply to 15% may be displayed and charges in USD.
      •  Your bank/card issuer may apply exchange rates and conversion fees; these fees are paid by you and are outside Stylz’s control.
         
   4. Taxes
      •  For Saudi Arabia, VAT is applied at the rate required under Saudi law.
      •  For other countries, where applicable and unless otherwise stated, Stylz applies a global VAT average of 15% for USD-charged transactions when local currency is not supported.
         
   5.  Price Changes and Notices
      •  We will communicate subscription price changes to subscribed users via email, or SMS if your account has no email, and/or via in-app notice.
      •  Coin prices may change at any time and may be reflected immediately in the app. Stylz does not commit to notifying users of coin price changes.
         
   6.  Coin expiry and inactivity
      •   If your account is inactive for 24 months and you are unsubscribed, your coin balance may expire and become unavailable, unless your selected plan explicitly states coins do not expire, although they can still expire after 24 months of inactivity from the last billing cycle date.
        
        
10. Payments and PCI Security
    •  Stylz uses payment gateways and service providers that are PCI compliant.
    •  Payment details are protected through encryption and tokenization. Card details are not exposed to Stylz systems as raw card numbers.
    •  Stylz may issue invoices and related tax documents that are compliant with ZATCA requirements where applicable, which may include transaction details such as amounts, VAT, and account identifiers.
       
11. AI Processing, Background Removal, and Virtual Try-On
    •  Uploaded clothing images are encrypted in transit and at rest.
    •  Stylz may extract and store clothing metadata (such as category, color, brand, fabric, size notes, tags) to help organize your wardrobe and generate personalized outfits.
    •  Outfit generation and personalization rely primarily on metadata and your in-app preferences, not on re-using your image for unrelated purposes.
    •  Background removal services process your image only to remove the background. We do not authorize using your images for other purposes.
    •  We do not store your personal photos from Virtual Try-On. If Virtual Try-On requires temporary processing, it is handled transiently and not retained as personal photos.
       
12.  Data Storage and International Transfers
    •  Stylz stores user data on servers located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where applicable.
    •  If certain processors or service providers operate outside KSA, we apply appropriate safeguards and contractual controls to protect your data and comply with applicable laws.
       
13.  Termination and Suspension
    •   We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for Stylz, other users, or third parties.
    •   You may stop using Stylz at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy by doing this yourself when you are logged-in from the app – this will delete your account and sign you out from all logged-in devices.
       
14. Disclaimers
    • Stylz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
    •  We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
    •  Outfit suggestions are informational and preference-based; you remain responsible for your choices.
       
15. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stylz and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.
     
16.  Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold Stylz, Futureface.sa, and their officers, employees, and service providers harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
     
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    •  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
    •  We encourage informal resolution first. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
       
18. Changes to This Agreement
    We may update this Terms of Service & Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and we may notify you by email/SMS/in-app where appropriate.     •  Background removal and image-processing providers (to remove backgrounds only).
    •  Analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting providers (to maintain service quality).
    •   Permissions you control: Stylz will only access device permissions you choose to enable - such as Location (to provide weather-based features for your country/area), Camera (to take photos), Photos/Gallery (to upload images), and Push Notifications (to send you service updates and alerts). You can manage or revoke these permissions anytime in your device settings.
    •  Personalization partners (under contract): we may share aggregated, pseudonymized, or otherwise minimised usage analytics and wardrobe metadata with select third-party service providers to help generate personalized outfits and suggestions (including items you may be missing from your closet/wardrobe). These providers are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.
    •  Payment processors (to process payments securely).
    •   Authorities or regulators when required by law or valid legal process.
    •  Business transfer: if Stylz is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

    •   You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by deleting your account from the app.
